I started mewing in January 2019. I started out with "slow mewing" (not much force against the roof of my mouth) i had trouble breathing through my nose for a long time while keeping my tongue on the roof.
Months went by and I got better at it I tried taping my mouth together at night for better results, because I knew I breathed through my mouth at sleep.
Even though I gained 6-7 kg this year i still see a massive difference on my jaw part and cheekbones.
My face was a lot "sloppy ish" in the beginning but more structured now.
I recently began chin chugging + facial/jaw excersices.
I know some of them are from slightly different angels and the lights are somewhat different.
What are your thoughts on my progression? 🙂

For some reason you look like you have forward head posture. Did you tilt your head back? If you didn't then you have make a pretty good improvement.
Looks like a significant improvement to me. Congrats on the hard work.
What are you facial/jaw exercises? I recently got a Chisell and Jawsrsize, we all know Jawsrsize uses the incisors, Chisell looked cool because it uses the molars. Haven't gotten it in yet.
I've been taping my mouth shut at night as well. Aside from the benefits we're striving for, I think it's much healthier for our teeth. Dry mouth at night from our mouth hanging open is not good for our teeth. Taping my mouth shut I find my mouth feels much healthier and hygienic when I wake up.
Again, congrats, and keep it up. Obviously it's working. Like building muscle at the gym, you're seeing results. Should motivate you to keep going. Good job!
Hey, i know it looks like it, but i think its because i have a slight forwarded head posture, it dosen't look like it on the full picture tho. Thanks for the kind words 🙂
Hey! I do around 20 chintucks and also tries to walk around with it tucked at home (for some reason i tend to forget it).
Also doing around 30 " air kisses" on my night routine + morning when im infront of the mirror.
I use a "thing" simmilar to jawsrsize which completly leaves my jaw numb afterwards (like being in the gym for the first time)
Although i feel like there a long way to go with my final results i hope by losing weight i'll get a little tighter around my jaw + cheeks.
Rn im 180cm and 85kg which is a bit to high imo hopefully i can cut down to 75 in the next couple of months, and get my jaw even more defined.
