From the past few years, I always feel drained out no matter how much I sleep. I wake up many times in the middle of the night and I was blaming the bed for it. I also got a new bed and it didn't help too much.
So to find a solution I went to a sleep specialist and found out that I have severe sleep apnea. I ordered the Resmed maskand tried it. I fell asleep several times with it. But I am still afraid to use it. I don't know why but still I am not used to it.
How do I get used to it so that I can fall asleep quickly with it?
Any suggestions for using the mask other than the strap to keep my mouth closed?
Please help me out any way you can. I understand CPAP is hard to get used to for many
You may want to visit us over on Reddit in /r/CPAP or /r/SleepApnea - tons of activity and advice over there. I didn't get a sense that this forum was for OSA primarily ...
I've been on for 18 months. Just keep wearing the mask, you'll get very used to it over time.
