Hi!

The first thing I noticed is a better eyes definition.

More simmetrical jaw, maybe?

I can't figure if zygos improved. Do you have pictures of the side?

Hi my face looks shorter and a lot wider in my opinion. Even my neck is wider. Jaws are clearly more defined and they start to get more and more symmetrical. My zygos hasn't improved that much, but you can see that on the left side(from your perspective) that my zygos is developed a bit more than before. On the right side changes of my zygos are minor, but is was already more developed than on my left side.

Overall you can see more improvements on my left side, because it was clearly less developed than my right side when i started.

Thank you

Judging from the position of your ears, it is clear that you can not compare these pictures. The second picture is taken from a more upward angle, naturally making your lower face more prominent.

These weak (or shall i say worthless) anecdotes need to become strong anecdotes. People need to get before and after DVT scans.

Yep, have to echo maeh.  I think at 6 months it's likely you've made some good progress, but these 2 pics are taken at such different perspectives that it's hard for anyone else to compare.  Also - the presence of hair vs. the absence of hair makes a huge different on perception.

I cant say about bone changes but as mentioned above you have improved the musculature around the eyes and brow area making you look significantly better in the second pic, why not bone shifting its definitely good progress for 3 months

Your upper and lower halves are swinging towards each other. If your photos are taken from identical distances, your face has likely improved a lot. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks @Progress for making really noticeable the before/after differences. Indeed, your progress is excellent. Huge improvement of your eye support, less asymmetry of your face (especially your nose), due to your forward growth, your ramus seems to have a little lengthened too.

Thanks for sharing, are you resting your face on the after pic? It looks like you are lifting your eyebrows. Also, your cheeks are hollowed even on the before picture, have you done any change regarding your swallowing pattern?

Yo

Hi, my eyebrows changed position since I started mewing. They are naturally higher and my eyes are more open. I press my tongue to the of my mouth when I swallow. I started doing this naturally after 2 month of hard mewing.

Hi, my is actually in the exact same position on both picture. I sit a little bit closer to the camera on the first picture, but I don't think this will make a huge difference.

Your jaw is so much wider in the one with long hair. In the short haired picture, your jaw and your neck are the same width. In the long haired one, your jaw is noticeably way thicker than your neck. Dope progress, bro!

You definitely look better in the pic with long hair, but any changes are gonna be a lot easier to notice with a side profile comparison. Do you chin tuck throughout the day? Also, whats your routine when it comes to chewing?

Thank you, I agree. Unfortunately I don't have any side profile comparison. I do chin tuck throughout the day, but I think that I don't do it effectively enough, but I will adjust it in the future. I don't have a real chewing routine at the moment. Four month ago I started chewing mastic gum, about 30-60 minutes a day, for a month. I stopped, because buying mastic gum every month got too expensive. However I have to admit, that open mouth chewing(while breathing to your nose) had a big influence on Masseter.

Once again: these animations which are purported to show definite change by lining up some landmark are a useless gauge of change unless the head position, camera angle and lighting are exactly the same. The slightest difference in head tilt or rotation makes it impossible to judge conclusively. Ditto what people have said about things like hair style. The way we style our hair has a significant impact on the way people judge the dimensions of our face. There are hairstyles to make narrow faces look wider, for instance. Sadly, I think the only way we're ever going to see definite skeletal changes in these photos is if the person has really short or buzzed hair, zero facial hair and has their head secured in some kind of device which guarantees the same head posture in each photo.

The only change I see *subjectively* in these photos is an increase in masseter size. That would absolutely account for the face looking wider.

your face seems shorter especially on the right side. Tbh tho your face looks more asymmetrical in the long hair picture maybe 0ne side of the face is developing faster than the other? Take my words with a grain of salt though i am new and trying to figure things out. Good luck.

It looks like your eyes got less hooded, which is crazy since you had better looking eyes in the before picture.

I actually thought the after picture was the before picture until you clarified it wasn't.

Hey dude, are you sure the long hair is the after picture?

But yeah, your head is slightly differently positioned, hard to actually tell the difference with the hair styled lower on your face on the picture with long hair.

Your face looks wider as the camera distance is shorter. That is why you would say, on first glance, that you have improved. But when looking at the before (shorter hair) and after (longer hair) comparison of @progress it seems the opposite has happend. The jaw, although now more defined on both sides, looks more asymmetrical (bigger on the right; our perspective) and your eyes look less hooded (more white is showing in your eye than before). This leads to me thinking that your oral posture actually worsened or your facial expressions differ too greatly in combination to the camera distance and angle with different circumstances of lightning.

@jungeradonis

It's probably his facial expression. He seems to be squinting in the second picture, and putting in more effort toward straightening his back. In fact, his facial expression looks like he's "concentrated" on this very task. To me, these comparisons mean nothing. There's too much difference between them to pin down any substantial improvement.
