ive been practicing mewing since I was 18 (19 for a couple months now) but it took me a long time to master it, it wasn't until around 6-7 months ago I was mewing correctly
speaking of my forehead/hairline I noticed my hairline thinning in the left temple when I was 17, and by the time I was 18 my forehead became huge out of nowhere and been the sides of my hair were thinning at a rapid rate. I went to a dermatologist who told me without hesitation that I have MPB and I should be taking finasteride, but then I got a second opinion and was told I had an unusual case of hairloss and that it didn't look like MPB, she thought it was alopeca areata and I got steroid injections for it (didn't help even after 6 months)
So I did a lot of research and found out I had CFD type hairloss, basically having a large sloping forehead with thinning sides and back along with the recessed facial bones. I also found out it was from terrible posture habits because I had an anterior pelvic tilt and I always leaned my head forward which messed up my facial structure overtime since I used to look good as a kid.
I corrected my overall posture instead of just the tongue, and that's when I starting noticing real results, the most notable change was the lowering of my hairline and less sloped appearance too it, and the sides and back of my hair the follicles came back to life and started growing again.
I think I’m seeing this also, my forehead is changing, it’s really weird.

mine changed surprisingly quick, and I almost always get these tingling sensations in my frontal bone.
Im 17 and noticing some thinning in the left temple as well 😐 . Also i have anterior pelvic tilt too. Maybe I can redeem myself with what you did. What exercices or treatments did you go through to fix your apt?
Great progress btw.
never got any treatments for hairloss since I never had MPB, all I did was follow the orthotropic premise and really focused on proper head/neck posture in the beginning and proper swallowing pattern.
Any change in the eye area?
What about your apt? Btw i think my frontal bone also changed since my classmates noticed even before me a protrusion in the right side of my forehead. Dont know if it's a good sign tho 🤣
Yo
This is interesting. I noticed hair regrowth from K-2 MK7 from Superior Source. I also see a lot of people on Amazon who are into collagen and getting hair regrowth from it. Ex. https://www.amazon.com/Collagen-Peptides-Grass-Fed-Certified-Friendly/dp/B00XQ2XGAA/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=collagen&qid=1551158916&s=gateway&sr=8-5 Did you make any other changes that would account for these changes?
