My Journey with Mewing began in january when I found Mew's yt channel. In that time I had braces and a couple "bumps" that avoided my teeth from touching each other in order to make my F*** up face even longer...

As the time past by and I was discovering more and more information I started to hate my dentist more and more lol.

So I got rid of my braces a week later I found Mike Mew but the "bumps" remain in my molars so I still couldn't have a proper oral posture.

It was until this month that I finally took those things off my mouth.

Now I am willing to do any kind of "face-pulling" thing and hard mewing in order to improve my f""" up face...

Evaluate my cheekbones pls...

-I have chubby cheeks but I have zero fat in those things.
-Allergies attack very often.
-Dark circles around my eyes (sad eyes).
-I sleep with my mouth open.
-Poor resting while sleeping.
-My teeth don't touch each other.
-Facial Assimetry.
-Parents are good looking (father had hollow cheeks in his youth).
-Crooked nose.

My upper palate is showed in the diagram that I just attached to the post. My tongue rest above my teeth...

hlp me pls!

am I engaging my hyboid bone in the right way?

(sorry for bad english)

Your profile really is not bad at all. You have good forward growth and mandible but it looks like you may have a slight overbite causing your chin to be slightly  recessed. Can you post some pictures from the front?
