Do you take supplements like k2 or gh booster? Are they worth it?

Some, but not sure which are best. I know of some options I'm considering:

1.Calcium megadoses (certain kinds work better than others I've heard).

2.K2 of certain varieties as you said and Vitamin D can work, but all are not created equal.

3.Some "corners" of the web mention megadosing on Vitamin D/fish oil to leech calcium from bones, which is believed to soften them. With this in place, they are possibly more pliable/easier to move and remodel faster possibly. I can't verify this, but it sounds like it could make sense in theory.

4.MK-677 (Ibutamoren) or similar GH secretagogues can definitely hasten bone remodeling, but they carry risks such as causing acromegaly. I am considering this soon.

5.I think a calorie surplus of a balanced diet in general can speed up bone remodeling compared to dieting/a steady deficit.

6.Don't know the accuracy, but steroid hormones (not necessarily "steroids" you inject/etc.) have a lot to do with this. I don't know what to point to, but obviously hormones have an effect on bone remodeling. Maybe someone else can elaborate.

Doctor David Buck:

Yes, I put all of my patients on K2, D3, Ca Mg to facilitate bone metabolism but even more importantly K2 is needed to allow the nasal septum which is cartilage to remain soft and pliable which facilitates mid face development. K2 is almost absent from our modern diets and as a result majority are deficient

Are there any specific recommended brands for supplements?
