Has Mike Mew made a basic follow-along program to practice Orthotropics?

I understand the concepts of orthotropics, but I can't find anywhere a basic program to follow along with? I'm surprised there's not a list of what exercises to do and how long/how many times to do them for. E.g. 3 sets/10 reps of chin tucks x3 a day, chewing with gum X times per day, tongue chewing exercises, suction holds and keeping the tongue on the roof etc...

I even heard Mew talk about Ab walking, and I can't find any information about this online.

Maybe they have created one but I haven't came across it. If not, would it be possible for someone to maybe suggest or post a basic program of maybe what they do? Like a template to follow. I don't know how much is too much or not enough.

Thank you

Maybe there was a video with a list of exercises and a program to do, but that it got taken down so we can't see it? I know he said in his recent videos a lot of his videos have been taken down. It would just make sense that with so many people adopting this, we could use a foundational program to follow, and then to tweak according to individual circumstances perhaps.

I'm just having a look at it now. It's a fairly well designed app to be fair, I paid £1 to have a trial look. It gives a daily routine including yawn stretches, moonkisses, chin-tucks, corner-pec stretches , soft/hard mew reps etc.. A lot I've never heard of through Mew before actually.

It'd be interesting for someone who's a bit more knowledgable than me to have a look and see what they think.

I've posted a new thread to see if anyone has experience with it. Cheers 🙂
