I'm researching as much as I can trying to find an MSE provider in Canada and absolutely nothing is showing up. It only pulls up clinics in the US that does it which is fantastic but I'm baffled at the lack of MSE options in Canada (and specifically Ontario where I'm from) considering the level of evidence it has in providing bonafide expansion in adults.
If any of you fine people would be able to provide me a recommendation that would be wonderful.
Check out Dr Sylvain Chamberland in Québec. He's an orthodontist who provides MSE but I'm not sure about his English speaking abilities.
A lot of orthodontists/dentists don't specifically say they do MSE or MARPE on their websites....so you sometimes need to ask around. Or search "MARPE" instead of MSE.
