we need to think of the face more as a whole. Because moving the maxilla forward will affect other bones such as they ethmoid bone and the sphenoid

There's not much of a point being made if you're still saying that the maxilla has to come forward to affect the other bones instead of the reverse. Even then, that's not a new concept. Osteopaths focus on all of these bones and that was my line of thinking when I saw a bunch of them. NCR treatment (endonasal balloon therapy) is based on nudging the sphenoid and other bones, too. The guy in this photo used NCR treatment combined with some kind of protraction appliance called the FaceMAX. It's fairly unlikely to live near a practitioner, though.

@paperbag look all I am trying to say Is us mewers are to heavily focused an the maxilla and mandible And completely ignore the existence of every other bone in the face I just want people to be a little more considering of other bones in the Face. Also I want the get rid of the narrow minded thinking of every body fits in this certain category, of wide maxilla forward grown maxilla, narrow maxilla receded maxilla, there are also other combination like forward grown maxilla small maxilla or wide maxilla and reseeded maxilla.
