what is the correct form when chewing?

Hi!

I was wondering what should one focus on when chewing to ensure that they are improving their posture and health. Should you chew with an open mouth, should you use your tongue in a certain way, any other important cues etc

Chew with a closed mouth and try to keep the tongue on the palate. Use your teeth to move the gum around your mouth. Chew hard.

There has been some interesting discussion on the forum advocating for open mouth chewing that you may want to look into. As for your tongue, you may want to try tongue chewing, chewing with your tongue by crushing the food between your tongue and palate, the point of this is to strengthen the tongue. When chewing avoid using your cheeks or lips to move food around and try to use your tongue.
