I have a very narrow palate, narrow mandible, and an overjet and I am wondering what can I do to fix my maloclussion and improve my face aesthetically. I also have a crowded lower teeth and a very weak and a bit reccessed chin. I also have a convex profile, how can I fix. I would highly appreciate detailed answers :)
