Hello How far can I expand my palate by basic mewing.I think my imw is about 39-40 im 15 years old.
And does this expand my maxilla as well??

I got minor results within 2-3 months my eye bags are a bit smaller, the thing is one eye bag is bigger than the other, which means one side is slightly more developed than the other. but I will strenthen the massater on the less developed side so it wont be uneven. I am also 15 this stuff works dont overthink it.
also my face is slightly wider
