Hello. I don't know why but I felt that in the last 1.5 years of (half-assed, I admit) mewing, I would have seen some kind of progress. I thought my face actually changed a little. So I tried to compare as best as I could with pictures of november 2018 (I had another thread where I asked if my case could have been a malocclusion)
Maybe the angle and the lighting are not exactly the same, but I tried the best I could. Also, phone (and subsequently, phone camera) has changed.
what age are you? i see great results. keep it up! :)
