Im 17, never had braces, my teeth are a bit crooked, and my jaw is a bit recessed. Ive always had puffy cheecks and a weak chin. A little over two weeks ago I found mewing and I dont know what to doo, because I even guarantee that I am doing it right. Recently, i discovered that my two front teeth dont match with my bottom two teeth, with extremely small space between them, i dont know how long I have dont this, but anytime i need to use these teeth,  i cock my left jaw. Furthermore, I dont know what my tongue posture. I can imagine what my tongue should be doing, but replication is difficult, especially when you cant see the subject. Concentrating on the mouth movement associated with the sound "N" I can raise my tongue but cant breathe, and end up holding it, and pulling my tongue down when i inhale. In addition to not knowing what im doing with my tongue, ideally wanting that posterior third up, apparently I have a tendecy to mew to my left side, for my tongue is white and rigid on the left side from pressure against my teeth.

I think I need help, for training mouth muscles in the wrong way is counterintuitive. I want to know what specialists I can contact to mew correctly, if there is some sort of equipment I can or should use to make it easier to breath, expand mouth, develop chin and cheekbones, and hollow cheeks. Also want to know what to do with my eating probem with my front two teeth. I have all my teeth, including wisdom teeth, and i dont think I have enough room for them. If anyone could help me or link me to someone who could properly teach me and advise my case.

I also want to know if it is too late to realistically consider mewing to fix facial development (and I need to learn how to do it regardless),  or if I should consider surgery, and if so, what kind. Once again Id like to reitterate that Im willing and wanting to see a specialist.

Last edit, what i really need is someone who can help me keep my posterior third up, i have skype and discord, any help would be appreciated. i keep noticing that while keeping up my front 2/3 of my tongue, i push down the last 1/3 to breath even further than normal, i notice that i start with my adams apple moving up, showing my initial raise of the posterior third, and as i struggle to breath in and out, i involuntarily move my bottom 1/3 back down, i cant seem to fix this
