Hey mouth breather started mewing but what do you think of my palate

Any thing I can do to make it wider

I have been mastic chewing gum.

Now mewing two weeks I am no longer using mouth to breath will this help to expand it thanks .

the gum is good, keep practicing tongue posture and posture in general, see how you go. dont forget accurate before pics while you've just started :)

Sorry what do you mean the gum is good

One thing is I don't have gummy smile I notice my pallet is like 2 inch's at the back apart but front a lot closer

Any ideas how this can happen thanks again 😊
