How can I dislodge that lower left widsom tooth? Do I need to widen the lower arch? If so how? i'm realy worried that i'll end up having to remove both the widsom tooth and the molar.... what do you think Mike Mew would suggest? possibly ALF? combined with lots of chewing to increase jaw size?
I know you can face-pull the top arch, what about the bottom arch?
and would that wire on my top teeth be hindering expansion?
