So when I smile and swallow, i can't get my tongue to lift up the saliva at the bottom of my mouth.
However, when my mouth is closed, I can usually drop my tongue and collect the saliva and then swallow it. I notice that my facial muscles do not move when I do it. However, when I raise my tongue to swallow my saliva, I notice that there is some saliva on my cheeks or on the side of my mouth, so my buccinator(cheek) kinda move in so that when my tongue goes up, it can swallow the saliva, but I don't see any movement on my face when that happens. Is this the right way?
