This has literally only taken 2 or 3 days. I've been mewing for months but stared trying to horizontally expand the teeth closer to the front of.my palete.

What I was doing was bringing the tip of my tonuge back, behind the line at the front of the mouth. I was also condensing the tongue into the deep upward hole (which is caused by having a narrow palete) i did this to attempt to replicate what mse does, and also trying to avoid teeth tipping. 

I was then expanding the tonge sideways and also trying to push the line (which sits behind the front teeth) forward, attempting to expand outwards and forwards. 

My nose has 100 percent tipped upwards at the front, i noticed in the mirror, then took photos and yep, its now a slighly.curved.banana. even with multiple.differsnt angles.

so my advice is to not pressure the highest point.in the mouth, spead the tounge right out.jist like mike.mew.says to. 

i CAN actally feel the.pressure in the nose when doing this, i just.didnt.notice.this.pressue.because.i could also feel pressue in the palete and.tounge etc....so i never noticed it

EDIT : ive stopped mewing for an hour but i can still FEEL the tip of my nose without touching it. 

Not sure what I should do to bring it back down. Will it return back by itself？ or should I do some downwards face streching like,mike mew did.in that one video....？

edit: its not a huge difference, but its noticable because my nose WAS perfectly straight, but it only took 1 or 2mm to create a slight curve at the end. I already had a slighly upward angle nose (with more visable nostrils) but it was still 1 straight line.

i have literally compared like 50 different photos from different angles, it has definetly slightly gone up. 

not really sure what to do now cause i was gaining pretty rapid expansion. i suppose ill just try to maintain it... but i need to create more room for my wisdom teeth, especially the bottom ones, which makes it even more difficult
