i searched for alternatives. then i came across mike mew and binged watched nearly all of his videos, read in forums about mewing succes stories and so on. i knew that myofunctional therapy will fix my problems after i understood the whole science behind it. i had a crossbite, facial asymmetry and a narrow palate, i also was a mouth breather my whole life. then i started mewing 3 months ago. it was hard at the beginning but my tongue became used to the new position and i mewed subconsciously most of the time. sometimes i performed hard mewing. it became a habit. nasal breathing got easier and better, my crossbite is slightly better my palate is expanding and my face and jawstarts to look better. i still have sleep apnea so i am about to try mouth taping. its really comforting that mewing allowed me to ditch braces and jaw surgery where they literally cut your jaw open and place metal in your jaw. mike mew you are the best <3
Glad you are making progress. How old are you and how bad is your sleep apnea?
