We have a lot of talk on this forum about the jaws, sphenoid bone, and everything else on the anterior side of the skull. Like many of you, I went through extensive orthodontic treatment as a child and while they didn't pull teeth, they put me in a high-pull headgear. Now I have long face syndrome and underdeveloped jaws. I also have a cranial deformity in the back of my head, indentations where the headgear strap was and a resulting protrusion in the back. Any advice on how to correct this? The most obvious way is to sleep on my back, but that would exacerbate my UARS.
