Do you guys know what a tongue thrust is? My tongue is too big for my mouth. So when I swallow, I push my tongue back, lift it up, and then press it against the palate and swallow. Except that when I lift it up, the tip of my tongue rubs against my front teeth. So is that a tongue thrust?

It shouldnt do that , practice swallowing correctly starting with your tounge tip plastered on the incisive papilla and dont let it thrust forward
