I found out recently about an article about anti usag-1 therapy for teeth growth targetting senior patients using dentures.

Its aim is to block usag-1 genes to activate bone morphogenetic protein. I did some digging on BMP and it states: "Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are a highly conserved and diverse family of proteins that play essential roles in various stages of development including the formation and patterning of the central nervous system (CNS)" which is present during our developmental years.

Does this theoretically mean that adults who have ceased growing can kickstart the growing phase of puberty again by going through this therapy + mewing. Which means that we can achieve cranial/facial bone remodelling through this revolutionary therapy?

For those who are well read with craniofacial therapy and growth factors in the human body, I would like your input on how practical this therapy be for us in the future.

Here is the link regarding the topic.
