Age:20.5.
Please enlighten me on my skull development. My main problem in face is recеssed chin, which i think is just a symptom of a bigger problem. I think my mandible overall lacks bone mass. It's narrow (50th perсentile bizygоmatic and 5th perсentile bigоnial). And as you can see, it's downward grown and ramus is short. I had normal gоnial angle and chin projеction pre puberty... I remember mоuthbreathing from time to time in puberty, but mom said that i rarely had my mouth open. None of my parents have recеssed chin or narrow mаndible or high gonial angle like mine. What is surprising is that my uncle mоuthbreathed all his life since birth due to some chronic illness and never had problems with mаndible. He had strong сhin (in line with lips) and wide big jaw at age of 20. Soon i'll give it to orthodontist for cephalometric analysis. But for now i've measured two angles. SNA:88, SNB:78 the difference between them is 10 degrees and this is weird because i have class 1 bite. On wiki it says that difference higher than 4 degrees shows either class 2 or 3 bite... Can someone explain this?
you have downwards growth and also it seems that you have bimax protrusion.
I keep losing my response! Sorry... I'll keep it short. https://lifespa.com/vitamin-d-has-astonishing-health-benefits/
Likely bone missing nutrients. Vitamin D is huge. If you don't get outside, your bones will be soft/underdeveloped.

I personally take https://www.amazon.com/Superior-Source-Vitamin-K2-MK7-Count/dp/B005CD3XUY/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=superior+source+k-2&qid=1558925243&s=gateway&sr=8-1 (VERY small amounts... like 1/10th a pill as needed... and I would prefer smaller or micro-scale to measure). Anyway, when I started the K-2, my progressive hair loss reversed.
K2 is in animal products IF THEY ARE GRASS FED. Grass fed cattle do better. Now, honestly, I'm not sure if it's that they're grass fed or if they're pasture raised. Anyway, the fats from these animals are where the good stuff is. I think it might be exposure to the sun that they have. That's my guess, because mushrooms carry more vitamin D when in the sun.
Also, how's your diet? Do you chew much your food? I'm not talking about gum... but food.
Imagine if you will for a moment some unpalatable food. How many times do you chew it before swallowing? If it is gross, we chew it and chew it and chew it. If it's yummy food, we eat it super fast! The thing is... if something tastes so good, we scarf down calories, that's not great for our teeth. They like to do their job. I prefer more chewing/soft-to-med foods... I don't do the gum thing (can push in teeth and aggravate or cause TMD).
Dr. Stasha Gominak knows about bones. The thing is.. that the reason why those with dark skin are found near the equator is because if they migrate too far away, they don't get enough sun. The woman's pelvic bones don't fully develop and the woman and baby die in childbirth, thereby ending the line. That's the historical. Anyway, she's got plenty of educating materials.
