I’ve been mewing since January and have not seen much results. I had a normal occulusion when I started, but have not worn my retainer since March and since have developed a more class II sub-division. I have a relatively small intermolar width at 33 mm and have been looking into getting alf appliance treatment, but have not gone through due to the price. The occulusion that I have is causing me a lot of back pain due to to the cranial contortions that it causes and I would just like to get someone’s advice on what I should do. Is it possible to mew with the intermolar width that I have? Or should I seek out some treatment that would correct my assymetries and give me more tongue room? Hopefully there is a relatively inexpensive option that will help me out.

Thanks!
