Hello everybody, I'm new to the forum, I don't know how I found this site but it interested me a lot, so I have just begun to practice the proper tongue posture, but... here it comes my concern:

I have a little class III bite or prognathism which it could be camouflaged by orthodontics like...3 years ago (or more). Dentally my prognathism, of course, is not visible it seems like I have a normal bite and straight teeth, but facial... I think it is visible and it has been bothered me a lot, my face long longer and I feel like my chin is bigger than normal, also from the side I look like I have no cheekbones at all, my face looks flat. My questions is.... do mewing technique will help to balance my face and the class III will be more "harmonic"? or will it get worse???? Cause of course I don't want it to get worse! I'm usually a mouth breather, not severe, but sometimes I catch myself breathing through the mouth my orthodoncist also noticed that I was a mouth breather, oh! and before I forget, I notice an asymmetry in my chin, and it has gotten worse in the last year, when I smile it's evident.

I'd like your advice and your answer to my question "if it will get worse with mewing?" thank you in advance :)
