You are leaning back so your head is raised making it difficult to tell. Your submental region (area under the chin) still looks a lot better than before. This is really the only noticeable change to me but be thankful yours changed!!!

You are jutting your lower third forward, so it's deceiving. You definitely lack forward growth, your gonial angle is high, and your jawline is missing 💣
