Hello fellow mewers.
I just started mewing and I have questions that I cant find the answers in the forum.
26, F, Here is my story: I had braces when I was 23 years old. I got 2 wisdom teeth and 2 other upper teeth extracted. I got palate expantion and then braces. I have chewed with my right teeth due to a cavity in a tooth on the left since childhood. I have a highly deviated nose and the left airway is 80% blocked, operation is the only choice. I have sunken eyes, especially the left eye is deeper than the right one. I can't hear properly with my left ear. Smiling with my left side I feel my muscules are weak. I have loads of spinal problems. My front teeth stand lower than the rest. and my left side upper teeth stand lower than the right side. I have been chewing gum for over a month now every day for 3-4 hours. Tightening my muscules I found out that left side of my face is melted. my left jaw is clearly lower than the right side.
My question is:
1- Is there anything I can do for correcting my deviated nose on outside and inside (opening air way)?
2- Is mewing and chewing good enough for correcting my melted jaw or should I do something else for it?
3- I chew a silicon kitchen spatula with my front teeth to bring them up and also the maxilla. Do you think it works or is it loss of time? (feels so good to chew it!)
4-Can I completely cover up lack of those extracted teeth by mewing?

1 - I think only surgery can fix that and I probably gonna need it as well.
2 - If you do some jaw and tongue strengthening exercises will make results come faster.
