Could you characterize my maxilla/mandible?
How can orthodontics improve my maxilla/high-arched palate/mandible?
I am planning to get braces, but perhaps I would benefit also from palate extender?

Kind of hard to tell from that picture of your mouth, but it definitely looks pretty narrow in there. I'm not as knowledgeable about jaw growth but it doesn't look bad to me. You seem to have decent forward growth.
