Many people say this, that a recessed maxilla means that its coming out from your face and going down.
But when I got major recession, the cheekbones just shrunk and went further back into my head, causing a more narrow and much flatter face. nowhere is the maxilla popping out more as some say it would
i just have no idea how to do this. some say to suck on the back and push at front to rotate, others say to push everything up and forward.
will the cheekbones even follow the teeth when I expand? and if so, wont i just have a wider face which is still downwards grown?
im just so frustrated and upset, I want to actually start fixing my face
