To keep it breaf I used to lay in bed with my neck against the wall, would create an imabalance in my cervical spine making it curve backwards and receeding my maxilla, still happening, been happening for years, tried to talk to medical practictioners, no help. I fix my posture but it doesn't solve the issue of my cervical spine. Does anyone have solution or similiar experience?
They are underdeveloped but its more complicated.
