OK. would you name those said devices achieving the same results as Alf does?
It really depends what you need but have a look at lip bumper, sander bite-jumping appliance, trombone appliance and some others. google: mandible expansion appliance etc.
also have a look at the link below. there is one person that claims to have paid 800€ for the ALF appliance + 150€ for adjustments every 6 weeks.
