How old? Male / female? What's your overjet? Any other malocclusions (such as crossbite)?
24, male and i have class 2 overbite

for example my normal bite (back teeths together is like 1st photo but if i move my jaw forward and keep my fronth teeths together is like 2nd photo thats why i ask if i can keep that posture so im not looking like a r.e.t.a.r.d or its bad to keep front teeths and jaw forward bad for my overall bite/health ?
It depends on several factors. How is your dentition is in the forward position? If your front teeth are overlapping your bottom and in class 1 dentition... https://support.clearcorrect.com/hc/en-us/articles/115007235967-Glossary-of-technical-terms Look up class 1 here... then that is a good dentition to be in. If it puts you in class 3 or where the top are not in front of the bottom then that's something to know.
I cannot give you personalized advice as I'm not a doctor. However... if it were me... I'd check my condyles through CBCT and have them assessed by someone who knows how to read it. Make sure I'm not doing wrong there... but typically having a recessed jaw is less healthy than forward. Health and aesthetics go hand in hand. An underdeveloped jaw could cause TMD or poor airway. Poor airway can affect fatigue and things... see https://www.i-cat.com/their-story-fiaz-patient-dr-bob-kaspers . Additionally, sleeping on side is better than back for recessed chin. Try to keep mouth closed if breathing can be done through nose. For optimal airway utilization... exercise is good. Holding your jaw forward in that position cannot be comfortable, is it?
Typically, what you're showing is a VERY good sign. It is actually VERY good that your range of motion is so great. I cannot see your teeth in the forward position, however. One of the limiting factors for addressing a recessed mandible is range of motion. If the range of motion is insufficient then surgery is required.
Look at faceliftdentistry.com As you can see from that site... they just rearrnage teeth to come together and use a jaw alignment device to train jaw alignment up (or back if class 3). I don't recommend them (as they are pricey and I'd prefer real orthodontics). They also use a jaw guidance appliance. I do wonder if your question could be answered by them... I would call and ask about condyles... maybe get a consult. If they are good & check this stuff.. then you could do this on your own most likely. I have an unconfirmed suspicion on the power of chewing food in a forward dentition. It is more for growth phase & I've written about that here: /community/community/main-forum/darkindigo-containment-thread/#post-12994 & /community/community/main-forum/facehacking-youtube-channel-and-the-right-way-to-mew-with-an-overbite-opinions/#post-13126 As we age, our faces can still change, though... as shown here: 4:26 to end of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ijFkcLMmSJI&t=9s FYI - do NOT clench your teeth. Okay? It is bad. Just... there may be a remote possibility that chewing in a foward position and braces realigning the teeth to support that position and making sure that condyles are okay and addressing root cause (such as potential tongue tie: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gQihz4JOPps) may be helpful. I've also seen that chewing gum can make for a more prounced lower jaw. I think it depends on the position it's chewed in in part.
Overjet means the difference between the front top and front bottom teeth in their natural positioning.
First, THANKS for your time. When im home i will edit this to explain my case. THANKS again.
Alrigh i will try to explain my case at my best :P (not native eng)
About frontal teeths/recessed jaw
No i cant reach class 1 and i cant keep my back and frontal teeths together when i close my mouth, just back teeths (recesed jaw) or frontal teeths "normal jaw" but the rest of the teeths are not touching just the 2 frontals. ( https://gyazo.com/b950456a1a5cf824b60d62cd31a51076 ) ( teeths from the guy of the first video) This is what i mean.
NOTE1: Im hard mewing for like 3weeks and i expanded " a lot" my palate (now i can mew with my entire tongue in the back of the roof)
NOTE2: when i bite with all my teeths together they are not alienated (my left side is alienated but my right not) but if i move my jaw to underbite they are both sides alienated but i cant bite.

I was wondering about how my bite should be because "Facehacking" video. He recomend to mew with frontal teeths together and mew forward
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l4rtJupcf60
So im not sure about facehacking method at all. My conclusion is to just stick to mewing and grow a beard to cover my recessed jaw, but i dont know if the overbite will be fix with just mewing.
I tried to facepull myself with my fingers like 1-2min but as well im not sure about this and i preffer to not do it. I did this for a week or so 2min for 2-3 times a day
NOTE: i dont know if its placebo or what but i feel my maxila a bit forward just a little.
You said : Additionally, sleeping on side is better than back for recessed chin.
Can you explain why ? i read that sleep in your back is better for overall posture (neck, back, shoulders) and to keep facila symmetry and dont get asymmetrical face.

Yes my jaw is very flexible (i think that) i can flex from overbite to underbite (not sure if this is normal)
About faceliftdentistry.com and his dental method, im not sure if that can fix me, because (im not sure) but i need to move maxila forward then my teeths will fit together (its my noob theory from what i read) but not sure if this is correct and if with just mew i will achieve this.
About the overbite posts i dont understand them at all and i cant get info about Schwartz thing in google.
About chewing, im trying to chew more my food like mew recomend but im not sure if i have to start to chew gum regularly like 1h a day or something like that because i read in lookism about some guys chewing gum like 10 pieces of gum 5h a day and got his lower third shorter and worse.
So would be nice if someone can help about that more clear.
About clench, in the past i used to clench my teeths while sleep but now i have my tongue resting in the roof so im not sure if i fixed that.
Again thanks for your time and hope someone can help me :)
@catirl Yeah, gum is bad. I didn't see this sooner, sorry. Dude... Check out this cool new YouTube video...

You're the star of the show! 0:55 second mark. So.. you are the new face of Mewing. Glad it worked so well for you. (Yes, I am pissed).
