Hey guys,

my maxilla and mandible both fit together fine, however they’re not forward enough. As I’m having constant jaw pain, jaw swelling, and cracking while swallowing and jawning. Also i can’t breathe through my nose at night. the pain is bearable for now but it’s gotten worse the last months and I’ve been thinking about getting surgery done somewhere here in Germany. I’ve already been mewing for months and I do see a slight difference but my issue is way too big and I feel like I can’t fix this with just mewing as I’m almost 23!
so my question is: does someone have experience and can tell me how much a surgery like this would cost for the mandible and maxilla ?!?

My insurance wouldn’t pay for the surgery as my teeth is straight and aligned.. they don’t care about jaw pain..
