Light headed from mewing/tooth soreness

It's weird, I hear about other people having breathing issues immediately as they start mewing, but my case seems like it's a little different. I feel like I can breathe just fine through my nose, but as the day goes on I start to feel light headed, like from lack of oxygen. In fact, the first day I started mewing I'd say I didn't feel light headed at all. It's only been 2 days since I started, yet I'm feeling pretty bad throughout the day because of this and I'm wondering if I should just stop or if it'll get better eventually. It's just strange to me that I feel like I can fully breathe through my nose, yet my head starts to feel cloudy and I get a bit dizzy/light headed. I also am starting to feel a bit of tooth aching from all sides of the mouth, mostly bottom incisors. Should I change something with my posture, or is a little bit of tooth ache okay?
If anyone has any advice, it's greatly appreciated. Thanks

I feel lightheaded from mewing but I'm pretty sure it's internal bleeding, I pushed waaay too hard on the front of my hard palate panicking about how mewing made my minor asymmetry prominent. It made my face collapse to the side. I looked for pictures on here and found the user Yay who has a similar face situation to mine. Her maxilla didn't go forward as after a year of mewing, and kept her face asymmetrical. I freaked out and started pushing non aggressively with my fingers but then unconsciously as hard as I could with my tongue. Then next thing you know my cheeks are red and my nose is less crooked, I feel dizzy as hell. Like the damage was around the front/top most sinus right behind the brow bone it feels like. (I hope not more behind that cause that'd be the brain) I know this story sounds pretty loopy. I'll try to make a proper post about it later but I think mewing with out supervision and good enough awareness on all of these things may make the whole thing a bit hit or miss and damaging. I think I'm going to urgent care or something... Not saying this to scare you but I related to you saying that you feel light headed. It's worth being cautious about how you do this if you want to do this! Keep the integrity of your eye to eye and eye to lips ratios. Not damage anything inside like I've seemed to, and so on...

The lightheadedness could be from focusing so hard on what's going on in your mouth that you forget to breath properly. I became very dizzy one day, actually close to fainting with everything spinning for a while and realised that i was breathing the bare minimum and apparently not even that

Perhaps you're just not getting enough air from breathing through your nose? (Mewing should fix that)
