I have been mewing for 2 and a half months, everything is going really fast like I talked about in my previous post. For some reason I started mewing without the back part of my tongue, and It would only touch with that part if i swallowed. I've noticed my face has gotten wider and moved forward, but my cheekbones have reduces, I think they lowered.

Does this mean that different kinds of pressure can give different results? If I would put more pressure with my with my back tongue, and put less focus on widening the palate, so that my cheekbones go higher but my face doesn't become much wider.

Is there someone around here who knows what the different kinds of pressure can do? So that you can kind of customize the pressure too your needs. My eyes are getting a bit too small because of the forward growth I think.

I'd really like to know what you think.

Thanks again

I do understand your hypothesis. But trust me, there are little to none skeletal changes in 2 and a half months. You're experiencing musculature change making your face wider but certainly not skeletal.

Allright I do get what you're saying, and it definetely contributes. But i've seen other before and afters with 2 months in between and In those cases you can see that the jaw has moved upward and other changes, In my case I see a difference aswell in the jaw and nose for example. Could it be that some people have much more malleable bones than others and that It's a genetic thing. I can send you pictures personally If you'd care to take a look.

On the matter of the other thing I said about different kinds of pressure, Is there a way to get forward growth and upwards growth without the face widening too much?

I noticed one of the things that went quickly (that appeared in my thirties) is a small bump on the bridge of  my nose.  I wasn't even thinking of it (it never bothered me), and it dawned on me one night that it was gone. I'll be fifty this year, so that brings hope to everyone I think.

That is certainly possible. But extremely unlikely. Believe me, i was one of you before. I believed that skeletal changes could haooen in weeks and months because have i seen them in myself. But later realized it was placebo. As well as skeletal changes that are significant to the point of being seen by the eye in 2 months are just impossible. If you have 6 months under your belt youll actually see changes (6 months is a reasonable but still a very short time frame for an adult in their thirties to change, let alone 2)

Im not trying to discourage you man. I would like to see your photos though
