Hey not sure if someone notice that instanly but i was hardmewing and working on my neck/shoulder posture while reading forums and i noticed my maxila got forward and my bite instanly changed, now i have a different bite and i can  feel with my tip the end of the soft palate and few days ago  i couldnt even without trying hard with my tongue. The past days i was testing to touch it but i had to flex the tongue hard

Hope i explained well but im very happy because im getting fast results (1month mewing) but not really sure if it is good or bad to see  fast results.

And today i did measure my mew indicator and it was 46mm and now i just measure it again and i reached 45mm maybe its not that accurate thought but i tried my best

But the legit thing is that my bite changed (i have deepbite) and now my jaw is a tiny tiny bit forward and i can feel the lower lateral incisors touching with the upper lateral incisors and before i couldnt so im pretty happy about it :D

I think you are describing two different things. The vertical indicator line measures your maxilla length. Given how crude the measurement is, one millimeter difference is not big enough to consider.

For the bite change, that's your lower jaw jutting forward. It's a result of correct tongue posture and one of the first and most documented changes people experience when they start mewing.

Im not good at theory in this subjet because im newbie and im not native eng and i dont have too much time.

From what im experienting is that my bite changed, but the maxila should be go forward or upward to get that change right?  then my jaw addapt to this change and adjust the bite ? or im wrong
