So I discovered mewing about a year ago and Ive been trying to implement the practice in my daily life trying different tricks and ways to do it "right". I didn't take any pics before but I think at least some progress is happening because my jaw looks more square and people that I know have said I look more "grown up". I would really appreciate some advice from those of you that have been successful at it, regarding what I can do daily as far as routine and duration to know im making progress.

Ive recently started being able to control what I feel like is the base of my tongue, Its been a challenge to actually feel and gain control over this part of the tongue. It feels like a slightly straining muscle in the middle of my neck, and with concentration I can activate it pushing up against what feels like the base of my skull right in the middle. However, I cannot sustain this while doing things throughout the day because it takes dedicated concentration and effort. Would it be enough to just allocate like a 5 or 10 minute session of doing this everyday? Would that be enough to know im making progress?

Again I appreciate any input and advice you guys that have been successful at it could give me,

Thank You
