Hi guys,

Female, 19yO

So i have read nearly every topic over here and i want to thank all of you for sharing your thoughts and knowledge.

I've been mewing for a year now but every week i learn something new and it feels like starting from 0. I was unable to define my cheekbones even though i went from a 100% mouth breather to a 100% nose breather.

On to the question, this is the first time i took pictures of my palate( apparently its crooked?) The end of the left side tips outward which explains my asymmetry i think. My left side is better developed and wider. I need serious help and advice.

1. Am i mewing correctly?

2.Should the tongue be squeezed in there like that? Has anyone had a similar experience?

3. How can i fix the asymmetry? (I do loads of stretches and chew gum and started  chewing  more on right side )

4. Why is my palate curved like that?
