Mostly my eye area...
Is it a strong asymmetry? I think it's stronger in photographs. Anyway, I would like to clarify if after about 6 months Mewing my asymmetry has worsened.

You can also see that my left Jawline (lower eye) is much sharper, is it related to that? Should I adjust my bite?
If I continue mewe, COULD my right side get better?

Thanks a lot

I don't think the asymmetry is something to worry about, it's not that noticeable and you look good anyway. I think you looked decent in the first photo, too. Did you lose weight within those 10 months? You look skinnier now.

What was your technique for oral posture? Seeing as you got results, I assume you don't have a high palate/torus palatinus that would have interfered.

@paperbag

Hello paperbag, nice name

Thank you. Yes, my palate wasn't narrow. Also yes, I lost weight, but not very much, in fact it was mostly facial bloat.

I am mewing 1 year now but my journey started 6 months ago with more awareness, no hard mewing. I also chew yildiz (good mastic gum) day simultaneously on both sides and I am trying the open mouth chewing since yesterday, which seems to be pretty good for bone stimulation, especially the under eye support.

I also take vitamin k in moderate doses, vitamin d, calcium and some herbs.

My posture isn't perfect, but I think my tongue is always on top, hopefully while sleeping too, which I don't know.

I try to avoid clenching, I always had my teeth pressed hard as a child.

Also I am working on correct swallowing and want to integrate chin tucking much more in my life.

Based on these pictures I don't think your asymmetry has worsened. You have a pretty symmetric face in any case.
