Im 16 years old and have a narrow palate. I think I might hace some kind of sleep apnea because im always tired. The thing is that I dont snore. I dont think I get out as much as I could get out from mewing because my narrow palate. My toungue doesnt fit in my palate. So I was wondering what palate expander you would recommend for me. I dont know if rapid maxillary expander works or if im to old? Should I instead aim for MSE? I think that Dna appliance maybe is to slow to utilize the time I have before my bone hardens more.
