First would like to say thank you to all for the great information here and so many of you very knowledgeable.
It's been three weeks since I started nasal breathing and this journey of fixing whats wrong.
So, right it hasn't been long, but there has been some change. Tape on my mouth at night, tongue chewing, and medium mewing. I now have space to floss my teeth, where there wasn't any, my nose it clearer more often, and sleeping through the night. Which has made my eyes less blood shot, redness is gone on my mid face, haven't had a headache (as I was getting these every morning).
I have ran out of time, so may update later.
stats:
late 30's age (time is not on my side, ha)
inter molar 35mm
mew indicator ~45-50
You don't want to be mouth breathing. I think that was misinterpreted. Nasal breathing supplies nitric oxide.
I cannot say whether to tape mouth or not. I do notice that it does stretch out the skin for those who do.

That was a mistake, I fixed that.

I think I am noticing some undesirable results regarding my lips. Not sure what to do, but I am enjoying my better sleep.
updated, wanted to say that my neck posture has improved so much from the head tucks. It's not perfect but a lot better.
Congratulations on the neck improvements! I think you'll see other happy changes related to that one soon. My chest is more flat and open and my shoulders broader now, after several months of corrected head carriage, and I even saw changes in my gait. Keep it up!
