Hey i have been saying discussing this topic for a while.... i had small asymmetries before i started mewing ,but after mewing for 14 months my whole left side of face is droopy, it looks really weird, if anybody have solution for this issue please reply
are you making sure you are mewing correctly? I developed asymmetries after mewing incorrectly for 6 months, but repositioning my tongue to its correct position is now correcting this. What spesific asymmetries do you have? is you right side more developed in terms of more prominent cheekbones etc? Also how is your overall body posture?

Is your upper dental arch asymmetrical compared to the rest of your face? Just wondering since mine is, and i'm having problems with where to place my tongue.
Yes, and I believe this was the reason for me mewing incorrectly in the first place. It was initially difficult to place my tongue more centered against my palate, not a problem anymore though.

When i began to mew on the incisive papilla, my nose began to get crooked though. So i'm not sure, if i should do that.
How did you assess your asymmetries and fix your tongue posture to correct them?
How did you assess your asymmetries and fix your tongue posture to correct them?
For me it was a matter of simply moving my tongue more to the left. I discovered mewing back in May when I saw some YT videos from Mike. From then I kind of just went at it without thinking more of it. 6 months passed and I noticed my right side became increasingly more prominent than my left, and thats when I realised something was wrong. The problem was that unknowingly, my tounge laid very much to the right. Since then I have really been practising "perfect" posture and as a result my left side have had an upswing. This is a month ago now, and I excepct in maybe two or three more months, my left side will equal my right.
