I was told by my doctor to have a surgery for my palate expansion. I feel scared and don't wanna do it. I saw this site and I thought, if I would do it, I better have an inspirational video so that other people and my family can be a future family member too, would be inspired and learn how to face their fears. Should I go on with this?

If your palate is highly arched, just reshape it.
We are beginning to understand the palate. Your doctor may be well meaning, but not educated enough. The newer technologies being developed are even surprising to those who are leading in the space. Unless there’s a serious health issue, I might wait a couple of years. There are also treatments right now that may be adequate.
There are only a few rare instances where SARPE makes sense.
Don’t confuse bravery with stupidity. It’s good to get educated!
