So excited.  Sweet relief.  I got this posterior open bite when I did Mewing.  Now I'm feeling amazing!  I finally can relax my back teeth together.  This is truly novel.  :-)  PM me for details!

I feel SOOO much better and healthier.  I am done here, as I finally mostly undid Mewing.

So mewing negatively impacted your face? And how did you fix it?

It's a little complex.  Essentially, I sucked down my maxilla and did pranayama... and did some stuff with my cheeks... but the pranayama helped the most.  Truthfully, it just keeps going back and forth.  I thought I got better.. but then it didn't last.  I think I need splints to settle things down or a special massage near my TMJ.  I know someone who does that.  I got PARTIALLY there... and was excited... but not all the way, alas.  :-(

Don't worry, I'm sure you can correct it fully soon. Are you still mewing?

I don’t chew hard things or gum.  Every now and again (every 3-20 days..totally random), I’ll see where if my tongue presses that I feel happy.  I’ll press there for a bit and call it good.  :-)

I am looking into deprogrammers for my deep bite.  What I have found really helpful, though, is pranayama alternate breathing right before bed.  This brings down my back top molars a bit.  My body is super maliable...since I have been deficient in the D hormone.  Thanks so much for your reply.  :-)  I am feeling optimistic.

Defienciency in vitamin D causes bone malleability? Is the opposite true? If one is high on D their bones get harder?
