I am getting very tired of wondering if I am doing it correctly and a few people here seem to know exactly what to do.
Why is there nothing on this website other than the forum and a half written article? Could the owner or someone else complete the super helpful task of just writing up what you are doing or make a video or draw a picture?
It's in the works. The #1 thing to remember is to keep the posterior third of your tongue up on the palate, and the body will typically correct to the proper position from there.
Even if the full guide isn't finished, I'll post whatever draft I have ready and link it from here when I do.
