For adults, check out Vivos - dentists throughout, but treatment facility in Utah - offers some great treatments, such as DNA: https://www.vivoslife.com/locate-a-provider/   (Most are west of Mississippi for some reason)  A family drives in from Los Angeles area regularly to see Dr. Michael Bennett (Clinical Directo for Vivos) in UT.

Most people do free consults.  Not sure with the clout of this group if they do, but it's worth an ask!  The more knowledge - the more power.
