your palate looks vaulted too. im in a similar situation still looking for an orthodontist for mse. have found a local orthodontist offering alf but only he's claiming it can only correct distortions of the maxilla.. don't know if thats his way of saying it won't expand. do you know why he said you should do alf? check if you're both on the same page
@macbeth he said that you basically shouldn't apply a brute force to the maxilla very quickly but instead use gradually light force over time. He said there's no knowing how much growth im going to get and we'll have to wait atleast a month.
