Red thing is tongue.

Brown is mouth.

I know image is bad but i feel like my english wont address the issue correctly enough.

I am trying to put some force in green circle (left) and in purple circle (right).

i try to reach back of my mouth as much as i can but i think i dont give enough force there or i dont reach enough of the back of my mouth.

Is mewing done correctly on the picture?

I don't know if it's the picture or me, but your tongue should make contact with the entire hard palate, and the soft palate which is the back. To get your tongue to the back try breathing with your belly, or use the McKenzie Chin Tuck.

these methods seem seem like not something I can use.

PS i cna cover all soft palate (at the back) but then i wont cover the front area of mouth with tongue. should I do it?

Yes its hardto put tongue there.  what if I am just trying to pull the back of tongue harder each day to the palate at the back of mouth? will that eventually make me reach it?
