[Closed] anyone else noticed that before and afters of Chin Wing osteotomy results are subpar?

I've seen lots of Chin Wing osteotomy before & afters and they're just so weak...

The patient seems to have gained length but lost width of the jaw and the chin movement from the frontal is minimal. This is more like a side profile enhancement rather than a frontal and the surgeons charge premium price for this surgery...
