I was introduced to the world of mewing by my best mate kyle aka @harrykanemaxilla and I just wanted some advice on getting a forward growing maxilla. Currently my maxilla is extremely recessed and it affects my confidence so I was wondering how to move forward.
Yes my guy George. Tongue on the roof of the mouth pushing in all directions, teeth not in contact, good posture, and you'll be pulling birds and your maxilla forward.
